Doku challenge a 'clear penalty' - Mac Allister

Liverpool's Alexis Mac Allister says the challenge on him by Manchester City's Jeremy Doku was ''a clear penalty" and the referee "made a mistake" in the final seconds of the 1-1 Premier League draw.
